Rooftop Micro Wedding in The Monument Suite at The Line Hotel in Washington DC

We have the best couples. I know every vendor team says that but we really, really do. There’s something about micro weddings that brings out the best in people. Stress levels are lower, there’s more time to savor each and every moment and there’s the freedom for couples to truly be themselves. And this couple was no exception.

Karlie and Jesse chose to celebrate their marriage with a 14 person small, candlelit dinner in The Monument Suite of The Line Hotel. The day started with Karlie getting ready with her mom and five bridesmaids; champagne on the roofdeck, taking in the breathtaking views of the Washington DC skyline and pampering themselves with hair and makeup. The bride shared an emotional first look with her dad followed by a ceremony at sunset with their dog being the star of the show, of course! The couple enjoyed their cocktail hour with family and friends and snuck away for some special portraits around the hotel, just the two of them. They ended their evening with an intimate dinner at a long farm table with gorgeous florals and candles down the center.
