What Does an All-Inclusive Micro Wedding Package Actually Include?

“All-inclusive” is one of those wedding phrases that can mean almost anything.
At one business, it may mean a venue and a buffet. At another, it may mean full-service planning from engagement to last call. Sometimes it means every possible wedding expense. Sometimes it very much does not.
So let’s make this easy.
At Tiny Wedding Collective, our all-inclusive package combines logistical planning, timeline creation, five of your major vendors and vendor management four weeks out. (Along with some other fun, helpful stuff - read on!)
It is designed to reduce vendor research, individual contracts, decision fatigue, and wedding admin. It is not designed to remove your personality from the celebration - or imply that every wedding expense is included in one price.
Here is exactly how it works.
What is included in the base package?
The all-inclusive package includes a two-hour wedding experience, with the option to add more time when needed.
It also includes:
Partial Planning Support
You receive three planning calls, unlimited email support, planning tools, preferred resources, and timeline creation.
After booking, we begin with an onboarding conversation about your guest count, budget, priorities, and vision. That gives us the information we need to find your the PERFECT venue or location for your micro wedding, recommend the best next steps tailored to your vision and help you navigate decisions throughout the process.
We keep an internal checklist for all of our couples so that we can ping you when it’s time to mark something off your to do list. This helps you stay organized without feeling overwhelmed.
We also recommend keeping us CC’d on all communication with your other vendors (hair, makeup etc) so that we can jump in to answer questions, review contracts for you and add their information to your Wedding Day Playbook.
Day-of Coordinator
Your coordinator arrives before the ceremony, greets vendors and guests, oversees and helps with setup needs, keeps the timeline moving, and serves as the liaison between you and the team.
The goal is for you to be a person getting married - not the person texting the photographer while directing guests to the ceremony. They will be available via text and phone throughout the day so that you can simply relax and enjoy!

An Officiant
Your package includes an officiant who works with you to create a legal, personalized ceremony.
You can incorporate the vows, readings, traditions, and religious or nonreligious elements that are meaningful to you. The ceremony should sound like it belongs to the two of you, not like it was pulled from a generic script five minutes earlier. They’ll also show you how to obtain your marriage license so you’re not fretting over the bureaucratic nonsense!
Professional Photography
A local, wildly talented photographer captures the ceremony, portraits of the two of you and your guests during the included coverage time.
Your images are delivered through an online gallery.
Need more time with the Photographer? No problem! Once your venue is booked and the timeline basics are set, we can talk about this together!
Two Personal Floral Designs
You choose two personal floral pieces, such as two bouquets, two boutonnières, or one of each. (In the name of equity, we don’t charge more for two bouquets, even though they’re a much larger design.)
You select the color direction, and the florist creates the designs using beautiful seasonal flowers. Additional personal flowers, centerpieces, arches, mantel designs, and other installations may be added separately once we have venue details!
A Small Cutting Cake
The package includes a small cake for the couple to celebrate with!
You get to choose from our in-house bakery’s many delicious flavors from classic options like Vanilla to more unique flavors like Matcha. If you’d like to feed your guests the cake as well, we can upgrade it to something larger!
A Couple’s Champagne Toast
A bottle of champagne is included for the two of you to toast the occasion. (Some venues or restaurants don’t allow outside alcohol. If this is the case, you can take it home with you!)
Don’t need all of those vendors? No sweat! Our All Inclusive Package is completely customizable!
Vendor Management
For all of the vendors included in the All Inclusive Package listed above (day of coordinator, photographer, officiant, florist and baker) we will work with them directly - you won’t have to lift a finger in this department! For all other vendors that you may choose to hire (hair stylist, makeup artist, transportation etc) vendor management will begin four weeks before the wedding. Our team becomes the central point of contact for all of your vendors.
We confirm logistics, make sure everyone has the correct timeline and location information, and help keep the final stretch from becoming a very stressful group project.
If we need timeline information from these vendors ahead of time, which we often do, we’ll reach out on your behalf before 4 weeks out.
What does the package cost?
$4,775 for Monday–Thursday weddings
$4,990 for Friday–Sunday weddings
The pricing is the same in both our base cities: Washington, DC and Chicago. Additional time, florals, cake, and other services can be added according to the needs of your celebration!
What is Not included?
The base package does not include every cost associated with the micro wedding.
The following are separate:
Venue rental
Catering or restaurant expenses
Guest tables, chairs, linens, place settings, or other rentals (although a lot of this usually comes with the venue or caterer!)
Transportation
Entertainment
Hair and makeup
Guest accommodations
Full Service Planning
We provide recommendations and help you understand how those pieces fit into the overall plan, but we do not want anyone to read “all-inclusive” and assume it includes the above.
Clear expectations make for much happier planning!
Do we choose every vendor?
Generally, no - and this is an important part of how the package works.
We assemble the included team according to availability. That allows us to bundle the principal services and avoid some of the individual minimums couples encounter when hiring each vendor separately. To give you an example, a talented photographer in DC or Chicago generally starts at 3-5K. Same with florals! Our all-inclusive package helps couples avoid minimums that can eat into a budget FAST.
You are welcome to request a particular team member, and we can check that person’s availability. A specific vendor, however, is not guaranteed.
For some couples, that sounds like an enormous relief.
For others, choosing and interviewing every individual vendor is an important part of the experience. Those couples may be better suited to Partial Planning and Day-of Coordination, which allows them to hire their own team while still receiving professional planning structure and wedding-day support.
Does curated mean cookie-cutter?
Absolutely not.
The vendor structure is simplified. The wedding itself is not predesigned.
Depending on the service, you still make choices about:
Floral color palette
Cake flavor
Ceremony traditions
Readings
Vows
Attire
Music
Personal details
Overall visual direction
The format of the celebration
One couple may choose a quiet garden ceremony followed by dinner with family. Another may choose bold color, modern attire, city portraits, and a lively restaurant celebration.
The package gives both couples a dependable foundation. It does not ask them to have the same wedding.

Who is the all-inclusive package best for?
This package is usually the best fit when:
Vendor and Venue research already feels overwhelming.
You value expert recommendations over endless options.
You are comfortable trusting a curated team.
You want the ceremony, photography, personal florals, cake, and coordination brought together under one package.
You still want the day to feel thoughtful and personal.
You would prefer fewer contracts, contacts, and spreadsheets.
The package may not be the best fit when selecting every individual vendor is one of your highest priorities.
That does not mean Tiny Wedding Collective cannot help. It may simply mean Partial Planning and Day-of Coordination is a better match.
All-inclusive should mean easier - not unclear
The purpose of the package is to give couples a tested structure, an experienced team, and room to make the celebration their own.
You know who’s handling the core pieces. You understand which expenses remain separate. You get guidance without having to build the entire vendor team from zero.
Fewer interviews. Fewer contracts. Fewer decisions made purely because you are exhausted.
Still completely your wedding.
