Rainbow Themed Disco Micro Wedding at The Patterson Mansion in Washington DC
This Washington DC Couple celebrated their marriage with a rainbow themed disco micro wedding with 50 guests at The Patterson Mansion on Dupont Circle! This was, without a doubt, our most detailed tiny wedding with lots of extra decor pieces to bring the couple’s vision to life. They rented all of the furniture and flatware from Something Vintage in order to transform the space from a traditional, buttoned up ballroom to a funky, disco lounge blanketed in color, sparkle and fun! From mini to large glittering disco balls to fresh, colorful floral designs at every turn, this couple took modern disco to the next level. We love how the couple paired the matte black tables, clear acrylic chairs and colorful plates and glassware for a super stark and fun contrast. Every single place setting was different with alternating colors at each seat paired with a custom matchbook of their dogs as a favor for their guests to take home with them! This micro wedding was a labor of love with over 8 hours of set up time required by the vendor team (check out our time lapse on our Instagram!) While this was definitely one of our more costly micro weddings, we still can’t get over the total cost in comparison to the amount of details we were able to pull off! This is definitely one for the books!
