DC Fall Foliage Intimate Micro Wedding at Tudor Place in Georgetown

This beautiful Washington DC couple celebrated their marriage with a micro wedding at Tudor Place in Georgetown during peak fall foliage season with their closest family and friends. The brides started their morning at The Poppy Hotel in Georgetown where they had their hair and makeup done by Sarah Khan Artistry. One of the brides chose to finish off her wedding day hair with a custom floral crown designed by one of our in-house florists, Brooke, at Stem and Thistle. The couple chose a fall color palette to match the season with an abundance of harvest colors: sage, olive, terracotta, cream, eucalyptus, paprika, and ivory. The brides made their way over to Tudor Place together where they shared a private moment before their micro ceremony with their small guest list. They walked down the aisle together, hand in hand, holding big, beautiful fall inspired bouquets, exchanged vows, popped a bottle of champagne and cut their cake in one of Tudor’s beautiful gardens. Afterward the initial celebration with friends and family, they took portraits together and spent time enjoying the moment! They then walked to Fiola Mare with their guests for an intimate private dinner where they continued the celebration with wine and good food.
