C+S | Washington DC Cherry Blossom Micro Wedding

Chelsea and Stephen might be the luckiest couple in Washington DC. Our couple knew they wanted to get married during the cherry blossom season but didn’t know just how lucky they would get by picking the very day the cherry blossoms would be at their peak! The tidal basin resembled a winter wonderful with its falling blooms covering every inch of the national mall. With a stunning pink and coral bouquet by Stem and Thistle, a gorgeous cake by Buttercream DC, officiated by one of our favorites, Kiana Hebron, and photographed by the one and only Porter Watkins, this may go down as one of the most magical micro weddings The Tiny Wedding Shop has ever been a part of! We loved how our couple included their children in their ceremony, as well: from a family first dance to the kids taking part in the cake cutting ceremony (wait until you see those photos!)
